Cancellation Policy
I get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify me at (832) 970-7714 as soon as possible to reschedule. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may incur a $25 fee.
If you are LATE and I have not received a response/reply from you the day of your appointment or 15 minutes has passed since your appointment time, your appointment is CANCELLED, the deposit will be forfeited.
